Verification of Geographic Laws Hidden in Textual Space and Analysis of Spatial Interaction Patterns of Information Flow

The rapid development of Internet technology has formed a huge virtual information space. In the space, flow become link communication between objects. Information is an alternative or supplement to traditional physical for study spatial interaction geographical entities. research uses toponym co-occurrence and search index as data, verifies laws hidden in space by autocorrelation analysis gravity model fitting, analyzes patterns provinces China complex network methods. results show that: (1) obeys Tobler’s first law geography Goodchild’s second geography. represented distance decay effect. best coefficients are 0.189 0.186, respectively. (2) inter-provincial shows hierarchical pattern triangular primary diamond secondary network, ranking centrality basically stable, but hierarchy deepening. center located east-central region China. (3) flow-based higher asymmetry than population mobility its structure also obvious. This provides new idea studying entities world from perspective flow.
